Master Milhas: from quote form to pipeline card, with nobody typing anything

Master Milhas has bought airline miles for 15 years. We built the website, the deals panel and Davi, an AI copilot that talks to people selling their miles, checks the day's price and records the quote directly in the CRM.

The starting point

People selling miles compare prices on three or four sites before deciding. Whoever answers first with a clear number and builds trust wins, because the seller is going to hand over access to their own loyalty account.

Master Milhas had an old website and a manual process: quotes arrived by form or WhatsApp, someone calculated the price per program and entered the deal by hand. Prices change every week, and each program has its own minimum and its own rules for upfront payment or payment after ticket issuance.

The project joined three pieces that used to be disconnected: the website, a custom CRM and an AI chatbot, all reading the same price table.

Instant quotes with today's price

The Master Milhas team keeps the table for each program in the panel: price per thousand miles upfront and after issuance, minimum quantity and whether each mode is enabled. The website reads that table in real time. When the visitor picks a program and types a quantity, the value appears instantly, calculated proportionally (22,500 miles count as 22.5 thousand, with no rounding against the customer).

Each program has its own sales page, such as American Airlines, with the form preset to the right program, a how-to-sell guide and FAQs. These pages were built to rank: the American Airlines page reached #2 on Google Brazil for "sell American Airlines miles", behind only a competitor with the exact phrase in its domain.

Davi, the copilot for your miles

Davi is the website's AI chatbot. It does not follow a fixed script: it understands the question, queries the price table in the database and answers with today's value, the program minimum and the difference between being paid upfront or after issuance.

When the person decides to sell, Davi uses a dedicated tool to record the quote in the CRM, with name, contact, program and quantity, and returns the button to continue. If the same person quotes the same program and quantity again, the system reuses the open deal instead of creating a duplicate card. Every conversation is stored and the team reads the history in the panel.

  • Answers with real data: the price comes from the table the team updates, not from the model's memory.
  • Acts, not just chats: creates the quote in the CRM through a tool, like a salesperson would.
  • No duplicates: a repeated quote goes back to the same pipeline card.
  • History for the team: each conversation is logged with the page the visitor wrote from.

A CRM built for the miles business

Every quote, from the form or from Davi, lands as a card in the deals pipeline. The team drags cards between stages, filters by program, searches by name, tax ID, phone or card number and loads columns progressively, even with hundreds of open deals.

When a deal becomes a sale, the customer gets access to a client area to follow the order. Bank details for payment are encrypted in the database and passwords use strong hashing. Team users have their own permissions and every new user is automatically linked to the active pipelines.

SEO for people who want to sell miles

The new website was born together with the search strategy of Netlinks, a company in the same group. Each program got a page with selling intent, old posts that competed with those pages were merged into them with 301 redirects, and the quote widget appears inside the posts Google prefers to show.

The result is a website that serves two audiences at once: Google, which understands which page answers which search, and the person, who finds the price without having to ask.

What changed for Master Milhas

The path from a seller's interest to a deal in the CRM became automatic. The published price is always today's table, Davi answers outside business hours and the team works from complete cards instead of copying data from forms and chats.

The project keeps evolving with Master Milhas every month, together with SEO: new program pages, panel adjustments requested by the team and the next phase of AI in customer service.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Master Milhas chatbot really use artificial intelligence?

Yes. Davi uses a language model with controlled access to the price table and a tool to record the quote in the CRM. It understands free-text questions instead of following a menu.

Can a chatbot be integrated with the CRM a company already uses?

Yes, through an API or the database. At Master Milhas the CRM was also built by OnWeb, but the same design works with off-the-shelf CRMs. See systems integration.

Is the Master Milhas website built on WordPress?

The public site uses WordPress with a custom theme, which makes publishing easy for the team. Quotes, CRM, client area and chatbot are custom systems connected to the same database.
