Managed hosting

Managed website hosting on Google Cloud, with backups and real support

Cheap hosting gets expensive the day the site goes down, gets hacked or loses its database. OnWeb hosts business websites and systems on Google Cloud, with daily monitoring, automatic backups and a team that knows your site's code.

Shared, VPS or managed hosting

With shared hosting, hundreds of sites share the same machine; it is cheap but slow at peaks and exposed when a neighbor is hacked. With a VPS, you have a machine of your own, but updating, securing and backing it up is your job too. With managed hosting, the infrastructure is professional and someone takes care of it for you.

What is included

Google Cloud infrastructure

Cloud Run or dedicated machines, depending on the site, in Google data centers.

Automatic backups

weekly copies stored off the server, keeping the four most recent.

Daily monitoring

a snapshot of each site every day, with alerts on problems.

SSL and domain

managed HTTPS certificate and DNS configured without touching your email.

Client panel

hosting status, invoices and support in the OnWeb app.

Technical support

tickets handled by developers, not a call center script.

Hosting for WordPress and custom sites

We host custom Next.js sites and also WordPress and PHP sites. On WordPress, the biggest risk is outdated plugins; that is why managed hosting includes updates, removal of unused add-ons and scans for malicious files. We have helped companies clean hacked sites and close the door the attackers used.

How we move your site to our hosting

We make a complete copy (files and database), bring it up in the new environment, test on a temporary address and only then switch DNS, lowering the TTL beforehand so the switch is quick. Email, verification records and third-party services stay intact. If the site is also being rebuilt, we combine the migration with the new website.

Who it is for

For companies whose website is a sales channel, catalog or system: if it goes down, the company loses money. For small sites that rarely change, simple hosting is usually enough, and we say so. For larger architectures, see Google Cloud consulting.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best website hosting for businesses?

One that combines reliable infrastructure with someone responsible for it. For sites that sell, managed hosting on a professional cloud such as Google Cloud is usually the safest choice.

Do you host sites not built by OnWeb?

Yes, after reviewing the code. If there is a security risk, we flag it first and fix it during migration.

Will my email stop during the migration?

No. Email DNS records stay intact; we only change what points to the website.

How much does managed hosting cost?

It depends on traffic and site type. The fee is monthly and includes backups, monitoring and support. Talk to us for a proposal.
