OnWeb, a Netlinks Group brand, respects your privacy and protects your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use onweb.digital and our service channels.

  • Conversations with our virtual assistant (website chat) and on WhatsApp: every message exchanged is recorded, even if you do not leave your contact details.
  • Visit source: the page you landed on, the website that referred you and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and Google ad identifiers).
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site.

2. How we use your data

  • Responding to contact and proposal requests.
  • Keeping a record of your service, so a specialist can pick up the conversation where it left off.
  • Improving the virtual assistant's answers and understanding what is most useful to people who reach out to us.
  • Delivering our services and sending content, when you authorize it.
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal basis (LGPD)

Personal data is processed based on the data subject's consent, the performance of a contract, legitimate interest or compliance with a legal obligation, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).

  • Netlinks Group companies, to serve you with the most suitable solution.
  • Infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform) for hosting and processing.
  • Artificial intelligence providers that process the virtual assistant's messages to generate answers.
  • Competent authorities, when required by law.

Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud Platform servers. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss or destruction.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can:

  • Access your personal data, including recorded conversations.
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Request the deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Request the portability of your data.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes of this policy or as required by law. Contact data and conversations are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
